NBE+ PARTENARIAT STRATEGIQUE NUITS BLANCHES ERASMUS+
I - STRATEGIE
BUT : Bâtir un projet culturel commun pour fonder aujourd’hui une Citoyenneté Européenne respectueuse des patrimoines de chacun et relever ensemble les défis du monde post-moderne….
MOYENS : A travers le théâtre, la vidéo, et la vulgarisation scientifique, pratiquer le « vivre ensemble » au-delà des différences de chacun (phase d'enquête sur les mythes et les fêtes de la Nuit, phase de réécriture du mythe de Dracula, puis phase de dissémination publique des fruits de ce travail).
IMPACTS PRINCIPAUX ATTENDUS : La valorisation des compétences de tous les élèves et le développement de leur autonomie grâce à une stratégie d'apprentissage de pair à pair, la mise en oeuvre d'une évaluation par objectifs plus gratifiante pour les apprenants et plus pertinente pour les professeurs, le développement des compétences informatiques des élèves comme des personnels et leur familiarisation aux TICE
OBJECTIF PRINCIPAL : L'organisation d’un festival international à Saint-Jean-de-Luz ponctuant le cycle des échanges internationaux.

Remarque. La préoccupation de proposer une approche éducative innovante, une « méthode » reproductible, était déjà formulée, et il s’agissait par ailleurs, dès ce premier projet, d’envisager le passé et le présent mais pour mieux anticiper un avenir commun.
Ensuite s'est mis en place le partenariat ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS, durant lequel la méthode a réellement été systématisée.
E+A (NOAH) : Nouvel Ordre écologique, L'Animal et l'Homme dans la culture européenne, une question de civilisation.... 2017-2020
I - STRATÉGIE
BUT : Bâtir un projet culturel et scientifique commun en produisant dans un cadre transnational des films documentaires et de fiction et, en tant que produit final, un court métrage de science-fiction... en réfléchissant aux rapports entre l'Animal et l'Homme dans la culture européenne hier, aujourd'hui et demain à partir du mythe de l'Arche de Noé et des débats actuels sur la protection de la biodiversité.
MOYENS : Grâce à des enquêtes de terrain, à des échanges à distance et à des rencontres, faire travailler ensemble les lycéens de cinq écoles secondaires et leur faire produire des travaux d'intérêt scientifique, philosophique et culturels.
IMPACTS PRINCIPAUX ATTENDUS : La valorisation des compétences de tous les élèves et le développement de leur autonomie grâce à une stratégie d'apprentissage de pair à pair, la mise en oeuvre d'une évaluation par objectifs plus gratifiante pour les apprenants et plus pertinente, pour les professeurs, le développement des compétences informatiques des élèves comme des personnels et leur familiarisation aux TSI , le renforcement des compétences clés identifiées par l'Union Européenne.

III - FIL ROUGE E+A (Noah)
- Une méthodologie fondée sur l'audiovisuel (aucun partenaire n'est un spécialiste, nous avons malgré tout une petite expérience).
- Le mythe de l'arche de Noé : une légende (étudiée en année 1) qui ne correspond pas aux exigences actuelles de la conservation des espèces : rejet du fixisme, concept de biodiversité, modalités de préservation face aux extinctions contemporaines (année 2). Le nom d'une nef emmenant une expédition européenne vers une exoplanète ? (année 3).
Remarque. La production d’une méthode originale reste le principal enjeu mais certains aspects sont cette fois prédéfinis explicitement. Notamment : l’établissement d’un pont entre les sciences et la culture pour les concilier dans un « projet commun » et une certaine prédilection pour les enquêtes de terrain réalisées dans un cadre transnational.

Au delà de la valorisation des compétences de base, le projet vise à inviter les apprenants à se mobiliser en faveur de la biodiversité et comprend, comme le partenariat précédent, une dimension politique (le « destin» européen). On peut considérer que la méthode NOAH est née en 2017 (même si on ne l’appelle pas encore ainsi) et qu’elle est basée essentiellement sur les orientations de la coopération Erasmusplusanimals, elle-même inspirée par les outils de gestion et de suivi fabriqués en parallèle au bénéfice du projet NBE+ (achevé en 2018, occasion de la création de la Ligue).
Un troisième projet s'inscrit dans la méthode Noah dès 2020 :
QUINTESSENCE (Le cinquième élément : connaître les Forces de la Nature et produire une énergie durable) 2020-2023
Le projet eVe+ (QUINTESSENCE) s'inscrit parmi les nombreux programmes visant à sensibiliser les lycéens aux enjeux du réchauffement climatiques et de ses impacts environnementaux (priorité 1) mais ses concepteurs croient nécessaire pour une meilleure compréhension de cibler une partie de la question (en l'occurrence : la production et les besoins en énergie) et ont pour but de renforcer d'abord les compétences de base des apprenants (priorité 2) pour innover en profitant du développement des outils numériques (priorité 3) et promouvoir une stratégie dynamisante basée sur la libre expression des élèves. Ainsi le projet doit-il armer les futurs citoyens en vue de leur bonne compréhension d'une question majeure pour l'Avenir et renforcer la motivation et la confiance de quelques centaines d'élèves de 15 à 17 ans (ou plus) Français, Roumains, Lettons et Turcs pour l'enseignement scolaire tout en valorisant les arts graphiques en dehors de tout académisme.
I - TÂCHES ASSIGNEES
Il s'agit de poser comme objectif (devant être atteint en deux ans) à ce partenariat - dont le titre fait allusion au Cinquième élément des alchimistes : connaître les forces de la Nature et produire une énergie durable" et de répondre, essentiellement, par des dessins ou illustrations.
- On fera donc dessiner les élèves en cours, lesquels partageront en ligne leurs productions graphiques : dessins, cartes et schémas seront systématiquement utilisés et donneront lieu à des réalisations déposés par l'élève participant dans un portfolio accessible à tous les partenaires, ce qui permettra la réappropriation de notions pré-requises (par exemple, comprendre qu'un climat s'assèche ou se réchauffe nécessite de savoir ce qu'est le climat et de disposer d'outils pour le représenter) et la création d'un espace collaboratif facilement accessible.
- Par ailleurs les écoles partenaires organiseront un club Erasmus+ pratiquant une visioconférence trimestrielle pour collaborer à un dessin fait à distance par un groupe transnational.
- Enfin trois "romans" graphiques seront dessinés pour illustrer chacune des trois étapes du projet.
II - PLAN ET PRODUCTION ATTENDUE POUR eVe+
Trois phases pédagogiques seront suivies : ENERGIES ET MYTHES (année 1) ENERGIES ET INDUSTRIALISATION puis ENERGIES DURABLES (année 2). Chacune marqué par des expériences (sorties de terrain, conférences ou échange de court-terme) nourrissant l'information et l'imagination des élèves, amenés progressivement à produire une synthèse des connaissances acquises mais surtout trois récits en images conçus et exécutés dans le cadre transnational. L'ensemble formant un Triptyque mis disposition du public.
III - PRINCIPAUX EFFETS ESCOMPTÉS
La démarche valorise l'interdisciplinarité et l'ouverture européenne et vise à prévenir ou corriger le décrochage scolaire en considérant de manière positive les talents des apprenants et en conciliant libre expression et vulgarisation scientifique.

Remarque. La coopération répond aux injonctions du programme qui nous invitent à renforcer certains traits présents dans l’ensemble des projets menés récemment (intérêt pour le développement durable et la Vie, ambitions civiques, usage raisonné du numérique et médiatisation pérenne des résultats)
C'est alors que l'obtention du prix EITA vient, en 2022 valider la justesse de la démarche suivie par le Lycée Ravel et ses partenaires européens...
L'obtention du prix EITA en 2022 (meilleur projet innovant) vient recompenser les resultats du partenariat E+A (Noah) et permet de constater que les objectifs et modalites de ce projet etaient en avance, mais surtout tres equivalents, par rapport a ceux du « New European Bauhaus » desormais promu par I'Union Europeenne.
Le site de mediatisation du projet E+A, qui était devenu entre-temps devenu une plateforme ou les eTwinners formant un pole autour du lycee Ravel exposait leurs resultats (notamment ceux du Twinspace FORUM NOAH) est alors dédié officiellement a la methode educative et de gestion de projet du lycee Ravel et ses partenaires, rebaptisee « initiative NOAH pour une cooperation europeenne innovante et ecologique ». L'ancien site de médiatisation des résultats du partenariat NUITS BLANCHES (et de I'eTwinning ILARGIA implanté en paralleèe) devient par ailleurs la vitrine de la LIGUE ILARGIA sans que les productions de NBE+ soient rendues inaccessibles : elles demeurent au contraire à portée du public. Suite au colloque organisé en Roumanie (Cluj-Napoca GENIUS 2022) le slogan « beautiful family » est repris pour désigner les développeurs de la methode Noah (au sein de la Ligue ou en dehors) laquelle méthode est présentée au concours des "champions de I'éducation » dans le cadre de la valorisation du New European Bauhaus mais n'est pas retenue par le jury parmi les finalistes de la compétition.
A partir de l'été 2023 (CA du mois d'avril, décision confirmée lors de la sixième AG) le soin de la promotion et de I'amélioration de la méthode NOAH est transféré à la LIGUE ILARGIA, les équipes du Lycée Ravel se consacrant dorénavant à un nouveau partenariat relevant de I'action-clef 2 (Terre de légendes 2022-2023) et à des mobilités accréditées.
Dans le même temps, la Ligue se porte candidate, pour la première fois, en tant que bénéficiaire et coordinatrice putative, à un projet de partenariat imaginé par elle-même. Il s'agit du projet ACMÉ, lequel reste fidele a la methode NOAH (transdisciplinarité : faisant le lien entre matières littéraires et scientifiques, donnanr une dimension et une finalité culturelle et conviviale au projet, contrôle qualité innovant : par le suivi des tâches prescrites dans le cadre d'une pédagogie par objectifs, démarche impliquant inclusivité et responsabilité : grand intérêt pour les grands enjeux environnementaux, européens et globaux). Six écoles européennes se joignet à la Ligue pour concevoir la ciandidature commune, sa méiatisation est I'occasion pour le Lycée Ravel d'inaugurer le 17 mai un site de podcasts (QUINTESSENCE. RADIO) qu'on trouvera en ligne sur le site spécifique dédié à ce nouvel outil.
Les résultats de la candidature ACMÉ sont attendus avec curiosité. Si I'implication de I'association dans ce consortium semble correspondre (au moins partiellement) au voeu exprimé par la commission (ou plutôt par son représentant, I'Agence Nationale Erasmus+) que soient portés dans l'avenir des partenariats intersectoriels » incluant des « acteurs nouveaux » il est en effet difficile d'imaginer à moyen terme une formalisation aisée des relations de coopération ou de soutien de la part d'entités publiques (collectivités, services de I'état) avec lesquelles nous sommes pourtant très concretement en relation, de même qu'il semble délicat conentionner avec des structures associatives voire des entreprises avant d'avoir acquis un minimum d'expertise mais surtout avant d'avoir atteint une certaine "masse critique". Par ailleurs, les souscripteurs ont été confrontés a un type de dossier de candidature tout à fait nouveau : dans lequel le budget est fondé sur un systeme forfaitaire impliquant la distribution des taches en modules de travail séparés ; cela ne nous semble pas faciliter d'emblée les collaborations interscolaires telles que nous les avons conduites jusqu'ici, du moins si la séparation en modules implique une fragmentation stricte des productions et une spécialisation exclusive de chaque partie prenante.

STRATEGY
GOAL: To build a common cultural project to found today a European Citizenship respectful of the heritage of each and to meet together the challenges of the post-modern world….
MEANS: Through theatre, video, and popular science, practice "living together" beyond each other's differences (investigation phase on the myths and festivals of the Night, phase of rewriting the myth of Dracula , then public dissemination phase of the results of this work).
MAIN EXPECTED IMPACTS: Enhancement of the skills of all students and the development of their autonomy through a peer-to-peer learning strategy, the implementation of an assessment by objectives that is more rewarding for learners and more relevant for teachers, the development of computer skills for students and staff and their familiarization with numeric tools.
MAIN OBJECTIVE: The organization of an international festival in Saint-Jean-de-Luz punctuating the cycle of international exchanges.

Noticed. The concern to propose an innovative educational approach, a reproducible "method", had already been formulated, and it was also a question, from this first project, of considering the past and the present but to anticipate a common future.
AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE ANOTHER ONE IMPORTANT STEP IS THE IMPLEMENATION OF THE COOPERATIVE PARNERSHIP:
E+A (NOAH): New Ecological Order, Animals and Humans in European Culture, a Question of Civilization.... 2017-2020
STRATEGY
GOAL: To build a common cultural and scientific project by producing, in a transnational framework, documentary and fiction films and, as the final product, a short science-fiction film... by reflecting on the relationship between the Animal and the Man in European culture yesterday, today and tomorrow based on the myth of Noah's Ark and current debates on the protection of biodiversity.
MEANS: Through field surveys, distance exchanges and meetings, get high school students from five secondary schools to work together and have them produce works of scientific, philosophical and cultural interest.
MAIN EXPECTED IMPACTS: The enhancement of the skills of all students and the development of their autonomy through a peer-to-peer learning strategy, the implementation of an assessment by objectives that is more rewarding for learners and more relevant, for teachers, the development of computer skills for students and staff and their familiarization with TSI, the strengthening of key skills identified by the European Union.

COMMON THEME
- A methodology based on audiovisual (no partner is a specialist, despite everything we have a little experience).
- The myth of Noah's ark: a legend (studied in year 1) which does not correspond to the current requirements of the conservation of species: rejection of fixism, concept of biodiversity, methods of preservation in the face of contemporary extinctions (year 2) . The name of a nave taking a European expedition to an exoplanet? (year 3)
Noticed. The production of an original method remains the main challenge, but certain aspects are explicitly predefined. In particular: the establishment of a bridge between science and culture to reconcile them in a "common project" and a certain predilection for field surveys carried out in a transnational framework. Beyond the enhancement of basic skills, the project aims to invite learners to mobilize in favor of biodiversity and includes, like the previous partnership, a political dimension (the European "destiny"). We can consider that the NOAH method was born in 2017 (even if it is not yet called that) and that it is essentially based on the orientations of the Erasmusplusanimals cooperation, itself inspired by management and monitoring tools manufactured in parallel for the benefit of the NBE+ project (completed in 2018, when the League was created).
THEN A THIRD PROJECT IS DESIGNED IN 2020, ALWAYS INSPIRATED BY THE SAME GOALS:
QUINTESSENCE
(The fifth element: knowing the Forces of Nature and producing sustainable energy) 2020-2023
The eVe+ project (QUINTESSENCE) is one of the many programs aimed at raising high school students' awareness of the challenges of global warming and its environmental impacts (priority 1) but its designers believe it is necessary for a better understanding to target part of the question (in occurrence: production and energy needs) and aim to first strengthen the basic skills of learners (priority 2) to innovate by taking advantage of the development of digital tools (priority 3) and promote an energizing strategy based on student self-expression. Thus the project must equip future citizens with a view to their good understanding of a major question for the future and strengthen the motivation and confidence of a few hundred pupils aged 15 to 17 (or more) French, Romanian , Latvians and Turks for school education while promoting the graphic arts outside of any academicism.
ASSIGNED TASKS
It is a question of setting as an objective (to be achieved in two years) this partnership - whose title alludes to the Fifth element of the alchemists: to know the forces of Nature and to produce sustainable energy" and to respond, essentially, by drawings or illustrations.
- We will therefore draw the students in progress, who will share their graphic productions online: drawings, maps and diagrams will be systematically used and will give rise to achievements deposited by the participating student in a portfolio accessible to all partners, which will allow the reappropriation of prerequisite notions (for example, understanding that a climate dries up or warms up requires knowing what the climate is and having tools to represent it) and the creation of a collaborative space easily accessible..

BEYOND the promotion of basic skills, - In addition, the partner schools will organize an Erasmus+ club practicing a quarterly videoconference to collaborate on a drawing done remotely by a transnational group.
- Finally, three graphic "novels" will be drawn to illustrate each of the three stages of the project.
PLAN AND EXPECTED PRODUCTION
Three educational phases will be followed: ENERGIES AND MYTHS (year 1) ENERGIES AND INDUSTRIALIZATION then SUSTAINABLE ENERGIES (year 2). Each one marked by experiences (field trips, conferences or short-term exchanges) nourishing the information and the imagination of the students, gradually led to produce a synthesis of the knowledge acquired but above all three stories in images designed and executed within the framework transnational. The whole forming a Triptych made available to the public.
MAIN EXPECTED EFFECTS
The approach promotes interdisciplinarity and European openness and aims to prevent or correct school dropouts by positively considering the talents of learners and by reconciling free expression and scientific popularization.

Noticed. The cooperation responds to the injunctions of the program which invite us to reinforce certain features present in all the projects carried out recently (interest in sustainable development and Life, civic ambitions, reasoned use of digital technology and long-term media coverage of the results)
It is then that obtaining the EITA prize comes, in 2022, to validate the correctness of the approach followed by the Lycée Ravel and its European partners...
Obtaining the EITA prize in 2022 (best innovative project) rewards the results of the E+A (Noah) partnership and shows that the objectives and methods of this project were in advance, but above all very equivalent, compared to those of the "New European Bauhaus" now promoted by the European Union. The mediatisation site of the E+A project, which had in the meantime become a platform where the eTwinners forming a pole around the Lycee Ravel exhibited their results (in particular those of the Twinspace FORUM NOAH) was then officially dedicated to the educational method and project management of the Ravel high school and its partners, renamed "NOAH initiative for innovative and ecological European cooperation". The former website for media coverage of the results of the NUITS BLANCHES partnership (and the eTwinning ILARGIA implemented in parallel) has also become the showcase for the LEAGUE ILARGIA without the productions of NBE+ being made inaccessible: on the contrary, they remain within reach of the public. Following the symposium organized in Romania (Cluj-Napoca GENIUS 2022) the slogan "beautiful family" is taken up to designate the developers of the Noah method (within the League or outside) which method is presented to the competition of "champions of I 'education' as part of the promotion of the New European Bauhaus but was not selected by the jury among the finalists of the competition.
From the summer of 2023 (CA of April, decision confirmed during the sixth GA) the care of the promotion and improvement of the NOAH method is transferred to the ILARGIA LEAGUE, the teams of the Lycée Ravel henceforth devoting to a new partnership falling under key action 2 (Terre de legends 2022-2023) and to accredited mobilities implemented in the high school.
At the same time, the League is applying, for the first time, as beneficiary and putative coordinator, for a partnership project imagined by itself. This is the ACMÉ project, which remains faithful to the NOAH method (transdisciplinarity: making the link between literary and scientific subjects, giving a cultural and convivial dimension and purpose to the project, innovative quality control: by monitoring the tasks prescribed in the framework of a pedagogy by objectives, an approach involving inclusiveness and responsibility: great interest in major environmental, European and global issues). Six European schools join the League to design the common application, its mediatization is the opportunity for the Lycée Ravel to inaugurate on May 17 a podcast site (QUINTESSENCE. RADIO) which can be found online on the specific dedicated site to this new tool.
The results of the ACMÉ application are awaited with curiosity. If the involvement of the association in this consortium seems to correspond (at least partially) to the wish expressed by the commission (or rather by its representative, the National Erasmus+ Agency) that intersectoral partnerships be carried out in the future "including "new actors" it is indeed difficult to imagine in the medium term an easy formalization of the relations of cooperation or support on the part of public entities (local authorities, state services) with which we are however very concretely in contact , just as it seems delicate to deal with associative structures or even companies before having acquired a minimum of expertise but above all before having reached a certain "critical mass". In addition, subscribers were confronted with a completely new type of application file: in which the budget is based on a lump sum system involving the distribution of tasks in separate work modules; this does not seem to us to facilitate inter-school collaborations from the outset as we have conducted them so far, at least if the separation into modules implies a strict fragmentation of productions and an exclusive specialization of each stakeholder.
